Job description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide support to our customers by phone, email, chat, and using various remote support tools. Our customers are a combination of large and small businesses, some with little or no in-house IT expertise. We are not just looking for the best technical skills; we are also looking for folks who interact well with customers - whether they are the business owner, front desk staff, or mechanic. We are a growth-focused employer dedicated to further developing these skills in our employees., * Answer and respond to technical issues via inbound calls, chats, and emails from external customers and end-users of QubicaAMF products.

  • Use your sleuthing skills to troubleshoot a possible wiring issue.

  • Diagnose and fix computers that just won't boot.

  • Team up with peers to increase overall knowledge of different aspects of products.

  • Provide remote installation support for our proprietary software

  • Initiate warranty claims.

  • Analyze and reconnect the Point-of-Sale terminal that won't connect to the network.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Printer (troubleshooting support)?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, We are looking for motivated individuals who want to continue their careers in technology and technical services. Would you thrive in a small support center where you can learn about the technology and innovations driving the bowling and entertainment industry? We are looking for a skilled individual to become the newest member of our professional Technical Support team., * Excellent communication (written and oral) skills.

  • Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.

  • The desire and ability to learn new technology.

  • Willingness to learn installation construction skills.

  • Understanding hand tools, meters, and power tools to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Previous technical support experience.

  • Technical background in electrical and/or mechanical systems.

  • Working knowledge of firewalls, routers, and switches.

  • End-user support (OS, Hardware, and Printer troubleshooting, etc.).
