Job description
We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated IT Technician & Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, self-motivated, and experienced in both technical support and commercial facility maintenance.
The ideal candidate will assist with maintaining clinic operations, troubleshooting IT systems, and handling general building maintenance across multiple locations.
This is a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. We are looking for someone who can adapt quickly, problem-solve independently, and take pride in keeping our facilities and technology operating smoothly.
Responsibilities
IT & Technical Support
- Troubleshoot computers, printers, tablets, and network devices
- Install and configure hardware/software
- Provide support for Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity
- Assist with security cameras and access control systems
- Support users with day-to-day technical issues
- Set up and deploy new workstations and devices
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies
- Basic networking knowledge preferred (routers, switches, cabling, etc.)
Facilities & Maintenance
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs
- Electrical troubleshooting and minor electrical work
- Plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Drywall repair, patching, and texture work
- Interior/exterior painting
- Flooring installation and repairs
- Commercial HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance
- Assemble/install office furniture and equipment
- Handle preventive maintenance tasks
- Coordinate with outside vendors when necessary
- Ensure facilities remain clean, safe, and operational
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Software installation?, * Experience in both IT support and facility maintenance preferred

- Electrical systems
- Plumbing
- Drywall
- Painting
- Flooring
- Commercial HVAC
- General construction/repair work
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders when needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Experience in healthcare or commercial environments is a plus

- Networking or low-voltage experience
