Job description

  • Daily Operations:
  • Monitor and manage Sales Systems inbox
  • Respond to customer information requests and other inquiries
  • Respond to internal information requests
  • Customer Creation & Onboarding:
  • Create prospect and customer accounts in Acumatica
  • Complete onboarding tasks including questionnaires, surveys, EFT/ACH requests, etc.
  • Coordinate with AR to activate customer accounts
  • Collect and process setup documentation (W9, tax-exempt forms, etc.)
  • Provide necessary RTH information to customers
  • Review NDAs and T&C documents
  • Customer Data Management:
  • Update customer information in Acumatica
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of records
  • Prepare imports for mass customer updates
  • Special Process & SOP Documentation:
  • Interview internal RTH employees to gather process details
  • Compile and maintain internal-use-only standard operating procedures
  • Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and organized
  • Special Pricing Documentation:
  • Update and maintain customer-specific pricing records
  • Create new pricing documents as needed
  • Work with Sales Engineers (SE) and Account Ambassadors to establish nationwide margin standards
  • Punchout pricing documentation and maintenance
