Job description
- Daily Operations:
- Monitor and manage Sales Systems inbox
- Respond to customer information requests and other inquiries
- Respond to internal information requests
- Customer Creation & Onboarding:
- Create prospect and customer accounts in Acumatica
- Complete onboarding tasks including questionnaires, surveys, EFT/ACH requests, etc.
- Coordinate with AR to activate customer accounts
- Collect and process setup documentation (W9, tax-exempt forms, etc.)
- Provide necessary RTH information to customers
- Review NDAs and T&C documents
- Customer Data Management:
- Update customer information in Acumatica
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records
- Prepare imports for mass customer updates
- Special Process & SOP Documentation:
- Interview internal RTH employees to gather process details
- Compile and maintain internal-use-only standard operating procedures
- Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and organized
- Special Pricing Documentation:
- Update and maintain customer-specific pricing records
- Create new pricing documents as needed
- Work with Sales Engineers (SE) and Account Ambassadors to establish nationwide margin standards
- Punchout pricing documentation and maintenance
