Configuration Analyst

We are seeking a configuration analyst for configuring new/existing customer implementations for RevSpring's proprietary SaaS (software as a service) applications. This individual will be responsible for configuring customer web applications (portals) and pay gateways for RevSpring customers. Essential Functions:

• Gather, evaluate and organize customer requirements and translate to appropriate portal configurations
• Analyze inbound data files and ensure data integrity
• SME (subject matter expert) for existing and new configuration options (for multiple applications)
• Documentation and Training for existing and new configuration options
• Documentation and maintaining customer configuration profiles
• Working directly with Project Managers, Software Developers and Quality Assurance Analyst
• Some direct client communication is required, Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources. Education: Qualified candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a minimum of two years' experience with software development and/or Quality Assurance testing software applications., While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
