Job description
We are hiring a Senior Level ISSO to support mission-critical Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) efforts for a premier defense/government contracting client. This is a permanent, onsite role requiring a high level of expertise in securing classified information systems., * Maintain system integrity, confidentiality, and availability for classified Information Systems (IS).
- Perform technical security operations: patching, upgrades, backups, and access control
management.
- Lead Risk Management Framework (RMF) efforts to sustain system accreditation and
Authorization to Operate (ATO).
- Perform vulnerability assessments and analysis; apply STIG best practices across network and
software environments.

Manage documentation (SSP, RAR, SCTM) within systems like eMASS.

Support security inspections, audits, and log generation.
Requirements
Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience (10 years with a Master's degree).

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related technical field.

Clearance: Active TS/SCI Security Clearance is mandatory.

Certifications: Must be compliant with DoD 8140.03 (IAM Level II or III, such as CISSP or CASP+)
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Proficiency in ACAS, Nessus, SCAP, and eMASS.

Strong background in Unix, Windows, or Cisco network administration.

Familiarity with Intelligence Community (IC) security standards or Special Access Programs (SAP)
