Job description
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and technical engineer for the enterprise collaboration suite, including Google Workspace (Admin Console, Gmail, Drive, Vault, Gemini), Smartsheet, and Lucidchart.
Lead the day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and architecture of all core collaboration platforms to support a global workforce.
Design and execute global rollouts, configuration baselines, and change management processes for new and existing features and tools.
Implement, maintain, and enforce security controls and governance policies (DLP, data residency, conditional access, SSO/SAML, OAuth) in close collaboration with Information Security, Compliance, and Identity teams.
Develop,maintain, and leverage scripting and automation tools (Google Apps Script, Python, PowerShell, GAM) to reduce operational load and enhance service quality.
Lead the integration of Google Workspace and complementary collaboration platforms (Smartsheet, Lucidchart) with other enterprise systems to create seamless, efficient cross-departmental workflows.

Requirements
UST is searching for a Google Infrastructure Engineer with 8+ Years of exp in Google Workspace (Admin Console, Gmail, Drive, Vault, Gemini), Smartsheet, and Lucidchart., 5+ Years of exp in security controls and governance policies (DLP, data residency, conditional access, SSO/SAML, OAuth)
Exp with automation tools (Google Apps Script, Python, PowerShell, GAM)
Exp in integration of Google Workspace and complementary collaboration platforms
(Smartsheet, Lucidchart)
Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Equivalent industry experience will also be considered.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below., Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
