Job description

Design and implement solutions to integrate various applications, platforms, and databases in collaboration with solutions architects and other technology teams. Ensure that integrations are scalable, maintainable, and secure. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues as they arise. Build and manage APIs to ensure smooth data exchange between different systems Provide technical documentation for new and existing integrations Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing integrations. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize system performance and resolve issues. Proactively recommend system upgrades or modifications as needed. Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other departments to gather requirements and define integration needs. Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Collaborate with external vendors to integrate third-party services into internal systems High-impact integration work in a complex, international ecosystem

Requirements

Strong understanding of integration principles, middleware, and data transformation tools (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft.). Hands-on experience with API development and management (REST, SOAP). Solid understanding of data formats such as JSON, XML Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure) and cloud-native integration services. Proficiency in one or more programming languages (eg.Java, JavaScript, C#). Strong architectural instinct- you know what a good (or bad) architecture looks like. Strong troubleshooting skills to quickly diagnose and resolve integration issues. Ability to assess complex systems and provide recommendations for improvement. Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and explain technical solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent English. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices Experience with version control systems (eg, Git, Copado) Knowledege of message queuing services eg. (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
