Technical Support Engineer

In this role, you'll manage key projects to optimize production processes, implement automation solutions, and ensure the highest quality standards in our facilities. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll develop and improve manufacturing processes, guide continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to new product introductions. Do you have experience in Technical writing?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Advanced Degree or Bachelor's Degree plus experience in manufacturing engineering in a GMP/regulated environment

• Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, or related field)
• Professional certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP, or similar preferred
• Strong expertise in process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with validation protocols and documentation (IQ, OQ, PQ)
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and DOE (Design of Experiments)
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and PPI (Practical Process Improvement)
• Experience with project management and capital equipment installations
• Strong technical writing skills for SOPs, protocols, and engineering documentation
• Expertise in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated success in root cause analysis and problem-solving
• Experience with quality management systems and regulatory compliance (ISO, GMP)
• Strong ability to guide and mentor team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Proficiency in English required
• Experience working in clean room environments and wearing appropriate PPE as needed
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
