Product Engineer - Data & Analytics Platform

We are looking for a motivated and self-starting Product Engineer to support the development of our internal analytics and automation platform, OneAnalytics.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys problem-solving, learning new technologies, and building practical solutions that improve how a business operates.

You will work across a modern mix of data platforms, low-code applications, integrations, reporting tools, and automation technologies - including Remote Process Automation (RPA) using Microsoft Power Automate.

This role is hands-on, varied, and offers genuine ownership from an early stage.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining data workflows using Alteryx
• Developing and improving applications in Zoho Creator
• Creating reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics
• Writing and optimising SQL queries
• Connecting systems using APIs and automation
• Supporting and developing automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
• Helping automate labour-intensive and repetitive operational activities through RPA solutions
• Troubleshooting issues across systems, workflows, and integrations
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process improvement
• Following company Cyber Security and Information Security standards when handling systems and data

Do you have experience in SQL?, We care more about problem-solving ability, curiosity, and attitude than having experience with every tool in our stack.

Essential Skills

• Basic SQL knowledge (SELECT, JOIN, filtering)
• Some experience with a programming or scripting language (e.g. JavaScript or Python)
• Understanding of APIs and how systems exchange data
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Awareness of good practice relating to data security and confidentiality

Desirable Skills (Not Required)

• Experience with Alteryx or similar ETL/data tools
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or reporting platforms
• Experience with low-code tools such as Zoho, Power Apps, or Airtable
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Automate or automation tools
• Interest in automation and process improvement
