Job description

Join us at Pets at Home and play a key role in shaping the data-driven strategies that help millions of pet owners give their pets the best life. As a Senior CRM Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our marketing decision-making, turning complex data into clear insight, driving smarter campaigns and influencing how we engage with our customers across our fast-growing Petcare ecosystem. About the Role This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves solving problems, partnering closely with Marketing teams and delivering measurable commercial impact through high-quality analytics. The role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading CRM analytics best practice - storytelling, visualisation and actionable insights
  • Acting as the go-to expert for campaign measurement and CRM analytics methodologies
  • Partnering with Marketing to shape objectives, refine campaigns and ensure robust execution
  • Using customer and campaign data to influence marketing plans and CRM strategies
  • Promoting innovation across the team, sharing new tools, techniques and approaches
  • Increasing engagement and Return On Investment through data-driven recommendations

Requirements

  • Advanced SQL and experience working with large-scale data warehouses
  • Proven end-to-end analytics project delivery, from requirements to measurable outcomes
  • Deep Business to Customer (B2C) CRM experience, especially in targeting, data design and customer journey analytics
  • A strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data for non-technical audiences
  • Excellent prioritisation, stakeholder management and workload planning
  • Collaborative, supportive team player with mentoring or coaching experience
  • (Bonus) Exposure to Power BI, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools
