Job description
We are currently recruiting for an IT Coordinator to join our growing team, based out of our Head Office in Lostock, Bolton, with some travel to sites when required., Working as a key part of our IT and Digital Services development, you will support the business by providing flexible and high-quality, comprehensive IT administration support, assisting in facilitating the smooth and efficient running of services. You will coordinate the setup of hardware across our network of offices and work sites, working with IT partners to keep things running smoothly, maintaining logs of actions and developing strong working relationships with colleagues across A E Yates.
You will develop and maintain our digital platforms, manage the email inbox and take responsibility for the coordination and resolution of IT issues, liaising between parties about any problem IT requests, facilitating the resolution and escalating where necessary. You will also support the company and the Board of Directors to develop in house IT capabilities, following up any end-user queries.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Proficient in managing Microsoft Active Directory, SharePoint, Exchange Server, and Microsoft 365 (including Microsoft Teams).

Experienced in MS Windows 11 desktop and application support.

Exceptional diagnostic, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Skilled in the support and configuration of tablets, laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.

Familiarity with hybrid device enrolment, autopilot, and Intune.

Awareness of cyber security best practices and frameworks such as Cyber Essentials plus.

Experience managing firewalls and cisco network switches.

Competent in using Remote Control Software/VPN and basic network troubleshooting.

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
