Job description
Performing standard IT Helpdesk duties, including but not limited to:
- Front-end IT support, password resets, etc
- Basic software/hardware issues
- Assist with new colleague onboarding/system set up & access
- Asset management
- hardware/software register
- device tracking
- arranging repairs and replacements
- Manage the ticketing system, logging, prioritising, and closing off support requests
Requirements
Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, * Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 is essential
- Active Directory or Azure AD experience
- An understanding or some experience in using a ticketing tool such as ServiceNow, Jira, Freshdesk
- IT certification like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Fundamentals would be beneficial but not essential
