Job description

In this role, you will assist businesses with day-to-day technical support, troubleshoot computer and Microsoft 365 issues, and help users resolve IT problems. You will work alongside experienced IT professionals and gain hands-on experience supporting a variety of technologies in a fast-paced managed IT services (MSP) environment., * Respond to help desk requests via phone, email, and remote support tools

  • Troubleshoot common technical issues involving:
  • Windows PCs and laptops
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, email issues)
  • Password resets and account access
  • Printers, scanners, and peripherals
  • Basic networking and internet connectivity issues
  • Assist with computer setup, onboarding, and software installation
  • Document work performed in the ticketing system
  • Escalate more advanced technical issues when needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical information clearly to end users
  • Learn and grow technical skills while supporting small business environments

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Interest in technology and willingness to learn
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous customer service, retail tech, help desk, or IT experience is a plus, but not required

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Exposure to Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, or networking concepts
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Fundamentals, * Bachelor's (Preferred)
