In this role, you will assist businesses with day-to-day technical support, troubleshoot computer and Microsoft 365 issues, and help users resolve IT problems. You will work alongside experienced IT professionals and gain hands-on experience supporting a variety of technologies in a fast-paced managed IT services (MSP) environment., * Respond to help desk requests via phone, email, and remote support tools
- Troubleshoot common technical issues involving:
- Windows PCs and laptops
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, email issues)
- Password resets and account access
- Printers, scanners, and peripherals
- Basic networking and internet connectivity issues
- Assist with computer setup, onboarding, and software installation
- Document work performed in the ticketing system
- Escalate more advanced technical issues when needed
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical information clearly to end users
- Learn and grow technical skills while supporting small business environments
Requirements

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service, retail tech, help desk, or IT experience is a plus, but not required
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Exposure to Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, or networking concepts
- Experience with ticketing systems
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Fundamentals, * Bachelor's (Preferred)
