Lead Network Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead - Networking & Wireless to lead and deliver complex networking and wireless initiatives within a Service Provider environment. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate effectively with offshore engineering and delivery teams., * Lead end-to-end delivery of networking and wireless programs for large enterprise and service provider environments.

• Coordinate execution activities with offshore engineering, validation, QA, and vendor teams.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for onsite client stakeholders.
• Own project planning, execution tracking, dependency management, and risk mitigation activities.
• Drive collaboration across firmware, cloud, networking, QA, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Translate client requirements into detailed technical solutions and execution plans.
• Ensure release readiness, quality assurance, and timely delivery of milestones.
• Support deployment, troubleshooting, optimization, and operational readiness activities.
• Monitor delivery progress and proactively resolve technical or operational blockers.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in broadband, wireless, and subscriber network infrastructure, along with a strong background in technical leadership and client-facing delivery management., * Strong hands-on experience with BNG / SP Edge architecture

• Experience with Ciena Benu vBNG running on VMware/UCS infrastructure
• Deep understanding of RADIUS / AAA, subscriber scaling, and load management
• Experience with provisioning systems using REST APIs
• Strong knowledge of Wireless Controllers and Access Points including:

• Ruckus AP
• Cisco Wireless Solutions

• Experience with OctoScope testing environments
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ASR 9000 platforms
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including routing, switching, and wireless infrastructure
• Experience with:

• GRE tunnels
• QoS policy enforcement
• Subscriber provisioning systems (SCPS), * 10-12 years of experience in networking, wireless, or broadband delivery environments.

• Proven experience working within Service Provider / ISP environments.
• Strong system-level understanding of subscriber networks and wireless infrastructure.
• Experience in client-facing technical leadership or onsite project management roles.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate execution across global/offshore teams.
• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on delivery quality and operational excellence.
