Job description

We are looking for a dependable Level 2 technician who enjoys troubleshooting real-world infrastructure issues and working directly with business clients.

This is not an entry-level helpdesk position.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair Windows desktops and laptops
  • Support Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments
  • Assist with Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
  • Deploy and support systems using NinjaOne RMM
  • Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment
  • Work with switches, wireless systems, and firewalls
  • Install and terminate occasional Cat6 network cabling
  • Provide both remote and on-site support for business clients
  • Document work clearly in the ticketing system

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows Server administration?, * 2+ years of IT support experience

  • Strong Windows troubleshooting skills
  • Understanding of DHCP, DNS, networking basics, and business environments
  • Experience working with servers
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Professional communication skills
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Experience

  • MSP experience
  • NinjaOne experience
  • Aruba Instant On experience
  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • Structured cabling experience
  • Firewall or switch configuration experience
