Level 3 Systems Engineer / Administrator (MSP Infrastructure & Automation)

IT Works is an established MSP delivering modern IT, cloud, and Low Voltage solutions. We're looking for a Level 3 Systems Engineer to own complex infrastructure, lead escalations, and improve how we operate through automation and better systems design.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure
• Maintain VMware & Hyper-V environments
• Act as Tier 3 escalation for complex infrastructure, backup, and security issues
• Administer and optimize ConnectWise RMM / PSA
• Build automation, scripts, and workflows to eliminate recurring problems
• Manage backups, DR testing, and system reliability
• Mentor Tier 1 & 2 technicians and improve internal processes

Do you have experience in Server virtualization?, * 3+ years in MSP or Systems Engineering

• Strong Windows Server, AD, virtualization, and networking experience
• Advanced Knowledge of ConnectWise or similar PSA, backups (Veeam, Datto, N-able), and monitoring
• Automation mindset (PowerShell preferred)
• Someone who builds better systems, not just fixes tickets
