Job description
Client is seeking hands on data center professionals to support a workforce development initiative tied to a large data center expansion. This role is ideal for individuals who have worked in live data center environments, grown into leadership responsibilities, and are comfortable coaching and guiding newer technicians.
This is a highly operational role supporting onboarding and development of future data center technicians in classroom and lab environments. Candidates should bring real-world data center experience and the ability to share operational knowledge, safety practices, and technical guidance with others.
Responsibilities

Support onboarding and development of new data center technicians

Coach and guide technicians on operational best practices and safety procedures

Share hands-on experience related to data center operations and infrastructure

Support server deployments, hardware troubleshooting, and infrastructure-related learning activities

Provide technical leadership within classroom and lab environments

Assist with preparation and setup of training/lab environments

Support reporting, documentation, and operational administrative tasks

Work closely with other Leads and program leadership

Benefits & conditions
This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
