- Define and implement enterprise-level QE strategy and roadmap.
- Design scalable test automation frameworks (UI, API, mobile, and backend).
- Architect CI/CD quality gates and integrate testing into DevOps pipelines.
- Establish test data management and environment strategies.
- Drive non-functional testing (performance, security, scalability, resilience).
- Define quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, and DevOps teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards
