Job description
We're looking for an Insight Analyst who can turn search, polling, conversational AI and marketing campaign data into insights that guide audience targeting, campaign optimization and better outcomes with marketing. This is a client-facing role for someone with a strong foundation in analytics, a knack for storytelling and genuine curiosity about the growing influence of AI and LLMs in shaping how consumer behavior is understood. The Insight Analyst will draw on SQL, Python and AI/LLMs to interpret data and help build AI-supported tools that make it easier to collect relevant data and translate it into meaningful action. They will report to stakeholders to show how consumer behavior, media and AI influence brand impact.

- Turn Data into Clear, Compelling Stories
- Translate search, polling, conversational AI and campaign data into persuasive narratives for clients and internal teams. Your work will help shape marketing strategy, strengthen recommendations and create compelling narratives that connect clearly to action.
- Support Insight Projects from Brief to Delivery
- Contribute across the full project lifecycle, from interpreting briefs and shaping hypotheses to exploring data, developing the story and delivering polished outputs for clients and commercial teams. We see AI as a core part of the insight toolkit, helping analysts work more creatively and effectively throughout the process.
- Be a Trusted Partner
- Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients, helping them understand measurement results and relate to market intelligence research.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Data collection?, * Relevant Industry Experience
- 1-2 years of professional experience in an insights, strategy, analytics or consumer research role within a media agency, ad tech, publisher, or in-house marketing / consumer insights team.
- Ad Industry & Measurement Knowledge
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, media landscape and campaign measurement fundamentals: including performance KPIs, brand lift and how to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
- Data Storytelling
- Ability to turn raw data into compelling and commercially relevant stories that lead to action. You know how to build a presentation with a strong narrative that is more than a collection of charts.
- Client-Facing Communication
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to convey information clearly.
- AI-Enabled Research
- Experience using AI as a thought partner for insight development, applying sound judgment, factchecking and business context to refine prompts and ensure quality of output.
- Technical Foundation
- SQL: Foundational knowledge of SQL, with the ability to write, customize and debug queries to collect data to support analysis.
- Data Analysis: Proficient in quantitative skills with the ability to work through datasets, identify meaningful patterns and trends and connect findings back to business questions.
- AI as a technical enabler: Familiarity with code-specific AI such as Claude Code or Codex with an understanding of how to incorporate instruction sets, repeatable functions and automate workflows focused on data collection, analysis and producing reporting.
- Desirable skils
- Ability to test, validate and debug AI-generated code, with proficient knowledge of SQL and Python to streamline analysis, verify accuracy and automate reporting.
- Experience working with Databricks, Snowflake or other similar unified data analytics platforms.
- Experience with Python data analysis libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, PyMC and related packages for statistical analysis, visualization and modeling.
