Job description

Digital Experience is transforming how client connects with patients and customers through innovative, human-centered digital solutions. The organization combines AI, omnichannel engagement, content management, and advanced technologies to create seamless and personalized experiences across healthcare interactions.

In partnership with Marketing, Customer Engagement, Medical Affairs, Public Affairs & Access, and other customer-facing teams, the group focuses on:

  • Designing and delivering omnichannel engagement solutions
  • Enhancing patient and customer experiences through digital innovation
  • Driving compliant, seamless, and meaningful interactions at scale, The Principal Experience Designer will play a key leadership role within the Customer Experience (CX) Suite, driving UX/UI and CX strategy across digital products and initiatives. This individual will serve as a strategic design expert and influential individual contributor responsible for shaping customer-centric experiences, mentoring designers, and delivering measurable business impact., * Lead and evolve digital experience design vision, standards, and best practices aligned with business priorities
  • Partner with Experience Design leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic product initiatives
  • Define user needs through research, analytics, and collaboration with business partners
  • Drive innovation and experimentation for new digital products and features
  • Own and influence UX/UI strategy, roadmap planning, execution, and delivery milestones
  • Advocate for user-centered design and communicate design value across enterprise leadership
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Informatics, Analytics, Legal, Compliance, and Privacy teams
  • Ensure solutions align with governance, compliance, and technical feasibility standards
  • Support business case development, budgeting, and operational planning
  • Mentor and coach junior designers while fostering a collaborative and high-quality design culture
  • Partner with global product teams to share best practices and improve operational efficiencies

Requirements

Do you have experience in Team development?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Marketing, Science, Operations, or related field

  • 10+ years of professional experience, including 7+ years in UX/UI, Product Design, Experience Design, or related areas
  • Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle from strategy through execution and optimization
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience mentoring and coaching design talent
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Strong understanding of governance, compliance, privacy, and regulated environments
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive innovation, and balance strategic vision with execution, * Advanced degree such as MBA or related graduate-level education
  • Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated industries
  • Strong background managing complex enterprise initiatives
  • Knowledge of workflow automation tools and compliance frameworks
  • Experience building and maintaining enterprise design systems
