Prepress Software Support Specialist

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in prepress workflows, and customer support. Strong communication skills are required and being multilingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese (Brazilian) is a plus. The Prepress Software Support Specialist will work in both a technical consulting and support role, providing help desk support, product demonstrations, and remote training. The candidate will also help communicate customer feedback to development and assist in the external release management of OneVision products to customers in North America.

Do you have experience in Prepress?, § Understanding of Print

§ Fluency in reading/writing in English and a plus if also Spanish and Portuguese

§ Exceptional understanding and knowledge in basic IT (Windows Desktops and Servers OS, Macintosh OS, Linux, and virtual computing environments)

§ Experience with print file formats and their respective applications is desirable (PDF, EPS, TIFF, JPEG, Adobe CC applications, different RIPs, etc.)

§ Experience or knowledge in the print production workflows, including prepress, press, and post-press and large format are beneficial

§ Excellent trouble-shooting skills with production files and multi-faceted workflows

§ Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task multiple projects

§ Desire to learn new technology (i.e., digital publishing, wide-format, etc.)

§ Experience in customer service desirable, § The chance to link theoretical knowledge and professional practice
