Our products manage the most sensitive and essential aspects of a company's relationship with its people, requiring us to solve complex problems related to scale, data security, and multi-product integration., * HRIS (Human Resources Information System): Building the core employee record, organizational structure, and workflows that serve as the single source of truth for all other Rippling products.
- Time: Developing accurate, scalable, and globally compliant Time & Attendance systems, including clocking, time-off accrual, and scheduling, ensuring employees are paid correctly and legally.
- Benefits: Creating and maintaining the marketplace and administration tools for health, retirement, and other employee benefits, handling complex enrollment, eligibility, and provider integrations.
- Talent: Designing products that manage employee growth, performance, and learning, helping companies develop and retain their workforce effectively., * Lead the implementation of complex, intuitive user interfaces for product features, from defining APIs and backend logic to developing polished, intuitive user-facing features in the frontend.
- Work closely with designers and product managers to translate complex requirements into accessible, highly performant, and elegant frontend code.
- Own the full lifecycle of frontend development-from architecture and component design to implementation, browser testing, and optimization for performance.
- Work seamlessly with backend engineers to define necessary APIs and data contracts, ensuring a smooth and reliable data flow for the user interface.
Requirements
Do you have experience in UX design?, * 2+ years of professional experience with a focus on frontend development, demonstrating the ability to deliver highly performant user-facing products using React, TypeScript, or similar modern frameworks.
- Strong product intuition and care about design and UX, ensuring that development effort directly improves the user journey.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, quickly solving complex UI/UX challenges while adhering to a shared component library and design system.
- Excellent skills in communicating technical decisions related to UI architecture and performance with clarity to both designers and engineers.

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensation-including a candidate's professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below. The pay range for this role is: 135,000 - 236,250 USD per year(US Tier 1)
