Job description

E-Logic is seeking experienced Business Intelligence Analysts to support a federal government agency in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and system requirements for enterprise web initiatives and modernization efforts. The selected candidates will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to support requirements development, documentation, and business process improvement activities., * Conduct requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders and end users

  • Analyze business processes, workflows, and system needs
  • Create and maintain business and technical requirements documentation
  • Support requirements traceability and change management activities
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and project teams throughout the SDLC
  • Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and project planning sessions
  • Support application testing and validation activities

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical documentation?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred or equivalent experience may be considered.

  • 3+ years of experience in requirements Elicitation and Documentation.
  • Information Assurance (IA) certification IAM Level I
  • Security+ (or equivalent IAT-2 baseline certification like CompTIA Security+ CE).
  • Experience supporting federal or DoD programs
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of SDLC and application lifecycle processes
