Job description

Conscious Healing Counseling (CHC) At Conscious Healing Counseling, we believe in community, connection, and serving. We are a growing mental health practice committed to helping people access care in a way that feels human, clear, and supportive.

We've built something meaningful and now we're ready to grow it in a more intentional, sustainable way across all areas of our business : Conscious Healing Counseling, The Justin Center for Transformation and Healing our non for profit as well as our Newly Launched Conscious Insights Coaching

This role focuses on community connection and access to care, some outreach events, partnerships, and community opportunities may occur outside of traditional business hours, including evenings and occasional weekends.

The Role

We are looking for someone to own referral growth and access to care at CHC, The Justin Center and Conscious Insights Coaching.

This is not a "post on social media" role. This is a relationship-driven, results-oriented position focused on:

Getting people connected to care . Building strong referral partnerships. Improving how clients find and access our services.

What You'll Be Responsible ForReferral Growth & Relationships

  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners (schools, clinics, community orgs, county programs)
  • Increase daytime referrals through consistent outreach
  • Follow up and stay connected with partners
  • Identify gaps and create solutions to improve referral flow

Community Outreach & Events

  • Represent CHC in the community
  • Attend and organize outreach events, resource fairs, and partnerships
  • Create meaningful connections that lead to referrals

Website Ownership (Key Part of Role)

  • Own and manage the CHC, JC and CIC website as a primary referral tool
  • Improve how people:
  • understand services
  • navigate the site
  • schedule appointments
  • Help implement updates such as:
  • same-day scheduling access
  • clearer service pathways
  • strong calls-to-action

You should be comfortable making website updates and improving user experience-not just coordinating with someone else

Marketing & Visibility

  • Ensure consistent promotion of services, groups, and trainings
  • Help create clear, approachable messaging
  • Support social media presence aligned with referral goals

Tracking & Growth Awareness

  • Track referral trends and outreach efforts
  • Monitor what's working (and what's not)
  • Bring ideas and solutions to improve access and growth

What Success Looks Like

  • Increased daytime referrals (primary goal)
  • More people scheduled quickly after reaching out
  • Reduced referral drop-off
  • Strong, ongoing community partnerships
  • A website that clearly converts interest into appointments

Requirements

Do you have experience in UX?, * Strong relationship-builder who enjoys connecting with people

  • Comfortable with outreach and being in the community
  • Organized and able to follow through
  • Strategic thinker who can identify gaps and solve problems
  • Experience with website updates, structure, or user experience
  • Creative, but also focused on results
  • Aligned with CHC's values of community, connection, and serving, We are looking for someone who is relational, strategic, and able to create movement. The ideal candidate is comfortable building relationships, improving systems, and taking ownership of growth and access-to-care initiatives.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, outreach, referral development, community engagement, healthcare growth, or related work preferred
  • Experience independently managing projects, partnerships, or growth initiatives
  • Experience with website management, updates, or user experience improvements preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing, outreach, referral development, community engagement, or business development
  • Experience building and maintaining professional relationships and partnerships
  • Experience with website management, updates, or user experience improvements (Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, or similar platforms preferred)
  • Ability to think strategically and identify gaps, barriers, and opportunities for growth
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating projects, events, or outreach efforts
  • Ability to track outcomes, trends, and growth metrics
  • Comfortable representing CHC in the community and building authentic connections
  • Alignment with CHC's values of community, connection, and serving
