Job description

  • Oversee the daily operations and administration of the Shaw Spectrum Platform and related contact center systems.
  • Manage system configuration including workflows, forms, data points, screens, activities, and user-defined fields.
  • Administer and support core servicing technologies, including:
  • Shaw Spectrum (Collections module and servicing tools)
  • Payment solutions (e.g., Speedpay, MoneyGram, XTCM)
  • Repo, remarketing, and skip-tracing software platforms
  • Provide troubleshooting, system support, and issue resolution for hosted and on-premise applications.
  • Partner with Loan Servicing, Originations, and other business units to optimize workflows, improve efficiencies, and support operational goals.
  • Analyze system usage, metrics, and business needs to recommend and implement technology-driven solutions.
  • Support special projects and system enhancements as assigned.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Workflow management (operations management method)?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a call center or servicing environment.

  • Shaw Systems / Shaw Spectrum experience strongly preferred, including workflows, forms, and GUI configuration.
  • Experience supporting servicing, collections, or originations platforms within a financial services environment preferred.

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL (2019/2022) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to analyze metrics and assess operational impact.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.
