Job description
We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Coordinator to support an Food Traceability Program across Supply Chain business and technology teams for a leading organization in the food and grocery sector. This hybrid role (1-2 days onsite) supports change management activities so associates understand what is changing, why it matters, how it affects their work, and what is expected at each stage of the program. This person will partner with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to support change impact assessment, communications, training readiness, and adoption., Change & Impact Management Document changes to processes, roles, and tools related to FSMA 204 traceability requirements Partner with SMEs and project teams to identify impacted groups and changes to day-to-day work Maintain change impact materials and update them at key program milestones Leadership Alignment Prepare talking points, summaries, and change narratives for leaders Reinforce roles, expectations, and decision ownership defined by program leadership Support leadership meetings focused on readiness, risks, and adoption Communication & Engagement Develop and execute audience-specific communication plans tied to program milestones Create clear communications that explain what is changing, why it matters, and required actions Use existing Supply Chain communication channels and support feedback collection Training & Readiness Support training needs analysis by role with training leads and SMEs Help coordinate, validate, and deploy training materials and reference resources Track training participation and readiness indicators before go-live Reinforcement & Sustainment Support post-go-live communications, job aids, and reference materials Monitor adoption indicators and summarize feedback and issues for leaders Capture and share examples of effective adoption
Requirements
Required Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Organizational Development, or related field 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, communications, or project coordination Working knowledge of change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Preferred Change Management certification such as Prosci Experience supporting technology-enabled or regulatory-driven change initiatives Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Jira
Benefits & conditions
Compensation for this position ranges from 121k/year - 135k/year per year, based on experience.
