IT Desktop Support Technician (PC Refresh / Deployment)

We are seeking an IT PC Refresh Technician to support hardware refresh projects, including building, deploying, and troubleshooting PC systems while ensuring smooth IT operations and user support., * Build, deploy, and replace PC systems and accessories

• Install and support endpoint software
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Provide Level 2 support to end users
• Document issues and resolutions in ticketing system
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams
• Support day-to-day IT operations

Do you have experience in macOS?, * 1-2 years of IT support / helpdesk experience

• Experience with PC setup, installation, and configuration
• Knowledge of Windows & Mac OS
• Basic troubleshooting (hardware, software, network, printers)
• Experience with ticketing tools / remote support tools
• Strong communication and customer support skills
