Job description

  • Delivering high-level technical support to B2B distributors and B2C end-users regarding product selection and complex troubleshooting
  • Managing the complete order and return lifecycle, including the accurate processing of purchase orders, EDI documents, and warranty requests
  • Serving as the primary technical liaison between Sales, Production Schedulers, and Quality departments to resolve product discrepancies
  • Maintaining critical customer web portals to ensure accurate invoicing, shipping status tracking, and timely RMA resolutions
  • Collaborating with Accounting and Sales teams to onboard new accounts and assist with high-level quotes and sales promotions
  • Troubleshooting industrial tool specifications and providing professional-grade equipment support to a variety of audiences

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical support?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience specifically within a manufacturing or industrial environment

  • Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly master complex internal order-management systems
  • RMA Expertise: Direct exposure to RMA, warranty, or technical return processes is highly preferred
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to explain technical product specs to both distributors and end-users
  • Reliability: A stable and consistent work history with a "can-do" attitude and a commitment to prompt, daily attendance
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required (Associate degree in Business or Communications is a plus)
  • Requirements: Must reside within a 45-minute drive of the Germantown area for this 100% onsite role
