IT Operations Specialist

· Provide Level 3 support and escalation for client environments

· Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud desktop environments

· Lead and assist with migrations into Microsoft 365

· Troubleshoot issues across desktops, servers, firewalls, and networks

· Configure and support firewalls and switches

· Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve issues and complete projects

· Maintain documentation and system performance metrics

· Participate in after-hours and on-call support as needed

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We are seeking a Senior Desktop Technician with 6-8 years of experience to join our growing team. A well rounded understanding of desk top support, firewalls, switches and the full office 365 Suite. This role requires advanced technical expertise across desktop support, networking, and cloud technologies, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and support client environments., · Firewalls (SonicWall, WatchGuard, Cisco ASA)

· Network switches and routing technologies

· Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)

· Azure and Microsoft Cloud Solutions

· Windows Server and Active Directory

· Hands on experience with virtualization technologies

· Experience with Microsoft 365 migrations

· Competency with AI tools including ChatGPT and Claude

Requirements

· 8-10 years of industry experience

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

· MSP experience preferred

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

· Strong desire to grow, learn, and be mentored

· Bachelor's degree preferred, * Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Network Administration: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CCNA (Preferred)
