Job description
Provide service and technical support for new and existing customers., * Provide field services including programming, commissioning and training to complete HVAC controls installations
- Program controllers and commission control systems
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications and sequence of operations
- Maintain a productivity level of 65%, or better - time must be tied to a specific job or work order as opposed to overhead
- Supervise subcontractors on job sites
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers
- Manage customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Assist with maintaining project schedule
- Control project costs by limiting field expenses
- Maintain Subject Matter Expert status on industry and control equipment
- Other duties as assigned
- Work cooperatively with others
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Maintain regular, punctual and reliable attendance and availability

Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Voltmeter?, * 5 years experience with HVAC Commercial and Mechanical Systems preferred
- 3 years experience with Control Systems
- Proficient computers skills with MS Office
- Applicable knowledge and experience with computer networks, programming microprocessors and role specific tools to include, but not limited to: Voltage and Amp Meters, Temperature Meters, Manifold, Service Tool 5, Field Assist, STT, BBMD, Putty, Snap and View Builder preferred
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Possess a satisfactory driving record as determined by Company Driver Policies
- Qualify for and remain insurable under Company liability insurance policy
