Job description
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for end users
- Respond to helpdesk tickets, phone calls, and emails in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Perform user account setup and maintenance (Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance
- Support email, antivirus, backup, and endpoint security solutions
- Document issues, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or system administrators as needed
- Conduct onsite visits for new equipment deployments and office setups
- Assist with cabling, workstation moves, adds, and changes
- Educate users on basic IT best practices and security awareness
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and tools
- Follow company policies, security standards, and best practices

Requirements
