Data Analyst

This is a first-shift, full-time contract position (7am 4pm or 8am 5pm) ideal for analytical self-starters eager to launch or advance their careers in data analytics. • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and data visualizations using Excel, Access, Power BI
• Prepare and present clear, concise reports for stakeholders across departments
• Manage and maintain databases, ensuring high levels of accuracy and data integrity
• Support data-driven decision-making by providing timely analysis and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and improve data processes
• Assist with ERP and LIMS system data management as needed
• Uphold data quality standards in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Access, Power BI

• Strong statistical analysis, data visualization, and reporting skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines

• Database management experience

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications in data analysis, statistics, or business intelligence

• Experience with ERP and LIMS systems

• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs
