Contract Laptop Deployment Technician (Entry-Level)

• Documenting existing and new hardware
• Removing old equipment and installing new monitors
• Performing basic cable management and functionality testing
• Logging all relevant details
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Respond to queries either in person, over the phone, via ticketing system, via email
• Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.
• Other Duties as assigned

Do you have experience in Mobile devices?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * 3 years of proven experience as a Help Desk Level II or similar role.

• Proficiency in TCP/IP networking protocols and services.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
• Experience in software troubleshooting including Jira, ServiceNow, etc.
• Familiarity with mobile devices and operating systems.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Linux, and other relevant technologies.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and solve complex technical issues.

Education-2 year degree or certificate in IT related field of study is strongly preferred, * Associate (Preferred), * ServiceNow: 1 year (Preferred)

• basic computer networking: 1 year (Preferred)
• IT Help Desk : 1 year (Preferred)
