Job description
The Data Management Specialist plays a key role in maintaining accurate customer account information while supporting both internal teams and external clients. This position is responsible for entering and updating subscriber data, assisting with account setup, and providing customer support related to account management systems., Data Entry & Account Management
- Accurately enter new subscriber account data and update existing records
- Maintain and verify account information for accuracy and completeness
- Navigate internal systems to manage customer account data efficiently
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards
Customer Support & Communication
- Provide support to customers via phone and email
- Assist with account setup and portal navigation
- Troubleshoot account or access-related issues
- Answer questions related to processes, procedures, and services
- Deliver high-quality service through clear and professional communication
Issue Resolution & Coordination
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Follow up to ensure timely resolution of requests
Performance & Compliance
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and company data
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations
- Follow established processes and data handling procedures
Requirements
Do you have experience in Productivity software?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to navigate complex systems, and a commitment to delivering a high level of service. The Data Management Specialist serves as a reliable resource for customers by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring account information is accurate and up to date., * Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Experience
- Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support preferred
- Experience working with account management systems or databases is a plus, * High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Reliable commute to Des Plaines, IL
- Ability to pass fingerprints
- Must be able to obtain a Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC) from the State of Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to sit/stand for extended periods at a computer workstation
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively for prolonged periods
- Ability to view computer screens and read information accurately, including small text
- Ability to use multiple screens, a keyboard, mouse, and telephone simultaneously
- Ability to input data accurately while speaking with callers
- Ability to multitask, remain alert, and maintain focus during repetitive tasks
