Data Visualization & Story Telling

• Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
• Consolidate redundant reporting and ensures that information is used consistently and efficiently across the business unit.
• Leverage data and analytics to track, optimize, and predict business performance; support a culture of data driven decision-making.
• Communicates data nuances and insights to all levels of the company in a clear and concise manner.
• Drive and manage data visualization and reporting - Clearly and accurately convey complex information in a compelling manner to internal and external audiences.
• Create and Maintain documentation of reporting solutions, data mapping, data dictionary, and reporting standards

Do you have experience in Presentation creation?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, EZEN seeking a highly motivated candidate to develop enterprise-wide data analytics and visualization, to support high-quality, data-driven decisions. Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures is key. This role will be responsible for advanced data modeling, predictive modeling, and analytical techniques to interpret key findings from disparate data sets and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical or analytical field preferred.

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant progressive experience in data visualization and analysis.
• Candidates for the position is required to possess proven experience as a healthcare data analyst and worked in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology related organization.
• Should have excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for details to carefully assess and accommodate detailed project requirements.
• Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI, QlikView or similar are preferred.
• Knowledge of Veeva CRM, Patient Hub Data, Syndicated Claims data (IQVIA DDD, Symphony Health Claims data, EDI 852/867 data sets) preferred.
• Exceptional storytelling / presentation-building skills, including the ability to translate complex statistical concepts into simple and actionable insights.
• Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources preferred.
• Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.

Excellent communication skills are a must., Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience job offered or any computer related field.
