Job description
- Marketing & Content Infrastructure: Spearhead the development of our high-traffic marketing sites, ensuring these platforms are not just visually stunning but technically optimized for rapid content publishing.
- SEO & Web Performance: Implement advanced SEO strategies (SSR/SSG, JSON-LD schema, automated sitemaps, llms.txt) to maintain our dominance in global risk search rankings. Own Core Web Vitals to ensure lightning-fast load times.
- Login Walls & Gated Content: Maintain the sophisticated walls between our free and premium content, integrating with our Auth provider and subscription management tools to create frictionless transitions from guest to subscriber.
- Marketing Technology Stack: Manage integrations with our growth stack, including HubSpot for lead capture, Google Tag Manager for event tracking, and other technologies.
- Visual Excellence: Work closely with our Design and Brand teams to build and maintain a scalable design system that ensures brand consistency across marketing pages, login portals, and product interfaces.
- Full Stack Capability: While frontend-heavy, jump into our Python/Java backend services to work with APIs that feed content to the marketing site or handle user authentication logic., You'll be working across a modern, well-defined stack: React, Next.js, and TypeScript on the frontend with Tailwind for styling; Python and Java on the backend via REST and GraphQL APIs; Auth0 for authentication; AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes for infrastructure; and HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, and GTM on the marketing side.
As an engineer on the Growth team, you are the bridge between our research and the global marketplace. While our product teams build the "Core," you build the engine that makes us discoverable, accessible, and convertible - ensuring that when a global trade leader searches for solutions, they find Kharon first, and that their experience from the first click to the final login is seamless, secure, and performant.
