Do you have experience in Windows?, This IT Support Technician provides technical assistance to computer users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues via desk-side or remote support. Key responsibilities include installing/configuring systems, managing user accounts (e.g., Active Directory), maintaining documentation, and resolving tickets in a timely manner, typically requiring proficiency in Windows, networking basics, and strong communication skills. The maintenance, compliance and security of the systems of First Bank Kansas are the main priority for this position. Knowledge and education in technology areas and technology-related compliance is on-going and expected. The ideal candidate will preferably have a degree in Computer Science or related IT certification and 1-3 years of hands-on experience in IT support.
