Job description
We are looking for a highly skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) expert to help us build, optimize, and manage systems across several real estate-related businesses and brands.
This role will start part-time/consulting but has strong potential to become a full-time leadership position for the right person.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize GoHighLevel workflows, automations, and pipelines
- Manage CRM systems across multiple real estate platforms
- Improve lead flow, follow-up systems, and conversion processes
- Set up KPI tracking, reporting dashboards, and operational systems
- Create scalable SOPs and automations
- Integrate third-party tools and software into GHL
- Support sales, acquisitions, dispositions, and marketing teams
- Help identify inefficiencies and improve operational performance, If you understand how to turn leads into revenue through systems, follow-up, accountability, and execution - we want to talk.
We are looking for a true GHL Specialist who can create and oversee lead flow, manage performance, improve systems, and help scale Simply Listing into a nationally recognized real estate lead generation platform.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Requirements
Do you have experience in Sales pipeline?, * Strong GoHighLevel (GHL) experience
- Experience building advanced workflows and automations
- Understanding of lead generation and sales processes
- Ability to manage multiple brands/platforms simultaneously
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Real estate experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Zapier, Make, AI tools, APIs, and reporting systems is a plus
Benefits & conditions
$85,000 - $175,000 a year - Part-time, Full-time, Contract, Flexible compensation structure based on experience and performance:
