Software Engineer - AI & Internal Platform Development

We are a growing professional services company seeking a highly motivated software engineer to help design and build an internal AI-enabled operating platform from the ground up.

This role is focused on creating technology that improves operational efficiency, workflow automation, quality control, reporting, and intelligent decision-making across the organization. The platform is being developed for internal use to support a rapidly scaling national business.

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving real operational problems with modern technology and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop internal applications, workflows, and automation tools
• Build AI-enabled processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability
• Develop integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms
• Assist in architecting a modern cloud-based internal technology ecosystem
• Work directly with leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and build solutions
• Help implement AI tools, intelligent automation, reporting, and quality control systems
• Continuously improve internal processes through technology and innovation

Do you have experience in Teamwork?, * Strong software engineering and system design experience

• Experience with AI tools, APIs, LLM integrations, or workflow automation
• Comfortable building systems from scratch in a fast-moving environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with operational and business awareness
• Self-starter who can operate independently and help shape technical direction
• Experience with internal platforms, workflow systems, or operational software is a plus
