The Network Administrator II is responsible for supporting and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure through incident resolution, request fulfillment, and standard project work., Summary: The Network Administrator II is responsible for supporting and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure through incident resolution, request fulfillment, and standard project work.

• Handles Tier 1 and Tier 2 network issues
• Supports network expansions and hardware refresh
• Manages circuits and collaborates with engineers to maintain a reliable and secure network environment
• Requires strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with enterprise networking technologies, and the ability to work independently while partnering effectively with the Network Engineering team.
• Experience with network protocols, Meraki, and cisco switches
• Python scripting would be a plus
• Travel is required at least once every six weeks.
