Job description
Manage Oracle PaaS services including OIC, VBCS, PCS, and Autonomous Database (ATP). Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and proactive monitoring of PaaS/SaaS services. Integration & Data Management Oversee Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for application and data integrations. Ensure smooth integration between SaaS, PaaS, and on prem / third party systems. Identity, Security & Access Management Administer OCI IAM including compartments, domains, users, groups, and policies. Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations between Oracle Fusion and external applications such as EBS, Salesforce etc. Enforce security best practices, compliance standards, and audit readiness. OCI Infrastructure & Platform Management Design and manage Virtual Cloud Networks (VCNs), subnets, routing, security lists, and NSGs. Manage OCI storage services such as Object Storage. Support capacity planning, cost optimization, and sizing for OCI workloads. GenAI & Advanced Cloud Services Provision and manage OCI Generative AI services, including: RAG-based Agents Document Understanding services Support GenAI use cases integrated with Oracle enterprise applications. Operations & Governance Establish and follow Cloud O&M processes, SLAs, and operational runbooks. Lead incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis. Coordinate across application, infrastructure, network, and security teams for end to end delivery. Mentor junior team members and provide architectural guidance.
Requirements
Overall 12 plus years' experience in environment management and at least 5 years in managing Oracle Fusion SaaS and PaaS environments. Experience in managing Users and Roles in Fusion SAAS including HCM access and privilege management., Oracle SaaS: Fusion Applications- HCM, Finance and SCM - User and Access management of large environments Oracle PaaS: OIC, ODI, VBCS, OAC, APEX, Autonomous DB, Base DB OCI IAM: Compartments, policies, domains, SSO Oracle Database Administration (working knowledge) Experience in provisioning Agentic AI Services Oracle OCI: Architecture, Administration, Monitoring, Security Soft Skills Clear communication with technical and business teams Ownership mindset and operational excellence Leadership and customer relationship Customer relationship management Strong cross functional collaboration and stakeholder management Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
