Job description
Responsible for managing or performing work associated with programming and configuration of internal end user applications that are integrated with business processes/data and IT infrastructure. Analyzes detailed business/functional/technical requirements and specifications for the application (and related application system components) as input to application design and coding. Supports application testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding application enhancements., * Implement and monitor security policies and access controls while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Analyze system performance, optimize configurations, and resolve complex technical issues and escalations to maintain reliability.
- Design and implement Windows Server infrastructure solutions, including managing Active Directory, Group Policy, and domain services.
- Oversee virtualization environments such as Hyper-V and VMware, and plan and execute system upgrades and migrations to ensure scalability.
- Identify and implement process automation opportunities and develop technical documentation and SOPs for operational efficiency.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives., Lift and carry 7 lbs., continuous sitting >67%, frequent keyboard use/repetitive motion, frequent fine motor activity/wrist position deviation. Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High School Diploma/GED
- 3 years related work experience
- Expertise in Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory management, including Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and task scheduling, as well as experience with patch management tools such as WSUS and SCCM.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware) and backup/disaster recovery procedures.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs) and security best practices, including compliance frameworks.Experience with performance monitoring tools such as Nagios and SolarWinds., Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
