Senior Data Analyst, RCM

• Build and manage complex financial models to evaluate the impact of new payer contracts, fee schedule changes, and payer denials
• Lead deep-dive investigations into systemic revenue leakage. You will be responsible for identifying multi-variable trends that cause underpayments or recurring denials.
• Translate granular data into high-level strategic insights for the Executive Leadership Team (CFO, COO, VP of Revenue Cycle).
• Support development and delivery of reimagined RCM dashboards and using predictive analytics to solve business problems.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy and the ability to navigate the complex intersection of healthcare policy, clinical operations, and financial performance., * Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

• 5+ years of applied analytics experience within healthcare revenue cycle back-end workflows (claims processing, denials, AR, payment variance, reimbursement optimization).
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel, including Power Pivot, complex modeling, DAX, large-dataset manipulation, and multi-source data integration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL, including development of CTEs, windowed analytical queries, and stored procedures, with the ability to optimize performance when working with large-scale back-end revenue cycle datasets.
