Job description

  • Contact person for our business in the design and implementation of innovative customer service solutions with SAP Service in our global SAP SAP S/4 HANA system.
  • Responsible for the entire development process - from requirements gathering, design and implementation to stable productive operation of the developed solutions.
  • Support the continuous integration between SAP (CS / S/4HANA Service) and SalesForce
  • Optimization of existing processes by using innovative technologies to support digital transformation.
  • Participation in overarching working groups and communities of practice, you help shape our technological foundations.
  • Integration of adjacent systems as part of the product development process.
  • Takeover of education sessions to our key user community by conducting training sessions.
  • Responsible for improvement of existing business processes by resolving support tickets (incidents and minor changes) and contribute to process improvement & harmonization.
  • Contact person for and management of external implementation service providers.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Salesforce?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Sciences or comparable qualification

  • Strong experience in SAP Customer Service (CS).
  • Good understanding of SAP Service processes (Service orders, Notifications, Warranties, Repairs, Billing and related master data such as Equipments and installed base).
  • Initial or hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Service is highly desirable.
  • Experience with SAP-Salesforce integration or comparable CRM integrations.
  • Very good process experience in Service, crossfunctional knowledge in depending on areas like SAP SD and MM.
  • Several years of experience in SAP application support and / or implementation projects.
  • Ability to manage conflict situations.
  • Able to provide and receive constructive feedback.
  • Able to quickly adapt to new situations and to work autonomously.
  • Flexibility and seeing change as an opportunity.
  • Sense of responsibility.
  • Solution oriented work attitude.
  • Team player with good time management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with IT Service- and Change- Management processes.
