PRODUCT OWNER

Lead the execution rhythm inside one of the app squads to ensure projects move fast and stay aligned with strategy.

• Translate product and business goals into an actionable, prioritized roadmap.
• Manage the backlog, organize sprints, and ensure deliverables are on track.
• Coordinate with UX, Dev, and Analytics to scope, estimate, and prioritize features.
• Review releases and test new features to ensure they meet functional and UX standards.

• A trusted collaborator who acts like an owner of the product, Experience: 2-4+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager in tech/mobile environments.
• Frameworks: Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) adapted to startup speed.
• Technical/Analytical: Comfortable reading dashboards (Amplitude, Firebase, Looker) and understanding mobile app lifecycles.
• Tools: Proficient in Notion, Figma, and basic SQL or Python for data exploration.
• Communication: Excellent prioritization skills with Spanish and English proficiency.

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus a Quarter Performance Bonus of up to 30% tied to OKRs.
