Job description
We are seeking a Windows Server specialist who thrives on solving complex infrastructure challenges. You will analyze system performance, troubleshoot critical issues, manage Active Directory and virtualization platforms, and implement solutions that enhance stability, security, and scalability. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with global stakeholders and ensure a secure, high-quality infrastructure experience., * Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, WSUS, and server-hardening tasks.
- Handle regular patching, OS updates, security baselines, and server performance tuning.
- Perform Backup & Recovery, Disaster Recovery readiness, and failover testing.
Project Support:
- Support migration of applications, Windows services, and server roles.
- Maintain server inventory and documentation.
- Assist in server lifecycle management, i.e., commissioning, decommissioning, and
modernization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with application teams to ensure compatibility, performance, and smooth deployments.
- Collaborate with cloud, security, and networking teams to ensure seamless hybrid integration.
Knowledge Transfers:
- Share best practices with team members to strengthen collective expertise.
- Create infrastructure diagrams, workflows, and documentation for clarity and scalability.
Automation & Scripting:
- Use PowerShell, Python, or CLI tools for automation, administration, and monitoring tasks.
- Develop scripts for routine maintenance, reporting, and server build automation.
Security & Compliance:
- Configure and monitor logs using Event Viewer and log-analysis utilities.
- Apply security hardening, baseline templates, and compliance standards.
- Support audit requirements and vulnerability remediation.
Quality Assurance Support:
- Monitor system operations, resource utilization, and application performance.
- Troubleshoot OS, AD, application, and infrastructure issues proactively.
Troubleshooting:
- Analyze Windows logs, security logs, and application event logs to resolve performance and service issues.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant Microsoft Certifications such as:
- MCSA/MCSE (Windows Server)
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate

4 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Windows System Administrator.

Strong expertise with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, WSUS, and Windows services.

Experience with Hyper-V, VMware, or similar virtualization platforms.

Understanding of Windows security hardening, patching, and baseline deployments.

Knowledge of PowerShell scripting is mandatory.

Experience working in hybrid cloud environments (Azure/AWS) is a plus.

Strong communication, problem-solving, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

Experience working with international teams.

Willingness to work in shifts and a 24/7 mission-critical environment.
