Job description

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning workplace technologies, improving operational efficiency through automation, and building secure, scalable systems. You'll work across Google Workspace, Slack, enterprise SaaS platforms, identity management, automation, endpoint operations, and user support to enhance both security and employee experience across multiple regions.

What You'll Do

  • Administer and optimize Google Workspace and Slack Enterprise environments for 1,700+ users
  • Manage Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Google Chat, Slack workflows, integrations, and workspace governance
  • Handle onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, permissions, and access lifecycle management
  • Configure and maintain SSO, SCIM, MFA, and identity integrations with Okta
  • Own and support workplace technology platforms including:
  • Google Workspace
  • Slack
  • Okta
  • Hexnode
  • BambooHR
  • Jira / Confluence
  • Zendesk
  • SentinelOne
  • Build and improve workflows, automations, and integrations using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms
  • Implement security best practices including DLP, retention policies, access controls, and SaaS governance
  • Support endpoint management, operational IT activities, and multi-region user support
  • Troubleshoot workplace technology, software, endpoint, and connectivity issues
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational standards
  • Partner with teams across the business to improve workflows, scalability, and employee experience

Requirements

Do you have experience in Zendesk?, * 5+ years of experience managing enterprise workplace technology environments

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Slack Enterprise, and SaaS administration
  • Experience with Okta, identity management, and access governance
  • Knowledge of automation tools, APIs, integrations, and workflow optimization
  • Familiarity with endpoint/device management platforms (Hexnode preferred)
  • Understanding of enterprise security best practices and operational IT environments
  • Basic scripting knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ownership mindset with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement

Nice to Have

  • Slack Certified Admin or Google Workspace certifications
  • Experience supporting warehouse or multi-location operations
  • Exposure to AI-driven workplace tools and automation initiatives
  • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks
