Senior Platform Engineer (Azure)

We're looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to own and evolve our Azure infrastructure, driving best-in-class cloud engineering across our omnichannel platform. You'll lead with Terraform, shape CI/CD standards and enable secure, scalable delivery that makes a real difference to pet parents nationwide., * Designing, maintaining and evolving Azure infrastructure using Terraform (IaC)

• Owning and optimising CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
• Implementing secure, resilient architecture (private networking, zero-trust, HA/DR)
• Collaborating with Engineering, Data and Architecture teams on scalable solutions
• Enhancing observability and governance (Azure Monitor, automation)
• Creating reusable modules and uplifting engineering standards across teams

• Strong Terraform expertise in production Azure environments
• Deep Azure knowledge (networking, identity, data services)
• Proven experience owning CI/CD and driving cloud best practices
• Track record of improving security, resilience and scalability in complex environments
• Collaborative mindset within agile, cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with Event Hubs, Fabric or real-time data platforms
• Exposure to multi-cloud environments (e.g., GCP)
• Familiarity with observability tooling (Log Analytics, Grafana)
