Job description

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of several websites, ensuring they remain visually engaging, accurate, user-friendly, and fully functional. Working closely with our marketing and sales teams, you'll help improve customer experience, website performance, and online conversions across multiple brands and platforms., * Maintain and update website content, product listings, imagery, and SEO data across multiple websites

  • Ensure product information, pricing, and categories are accurate and up to date
  • Enhance product listings and website content to improve user experience and customer engagement
  • Monitor website performance, functionality, and speed, resolving issues where required
  • Implement website and UX improvements based on analytics and customer behaviour
  • Support conversion optimisation and improvements to the customer journey
  • Assist with ongoing website development, digital marketing, and content initiatives
  • Work across multiple platforms including Shopify, Magento, and other CMS systems

Requirements

Do you have experience in SEO?, The Ironworks Telford site is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Website Administrator to support the maintenance and optimisation of multiple e-commerce and business websites across a variety of platforms., * Previous experience with e-commerce or commercial websites

  • Strong understanding of online retail and digital customer experience
  • Good knowledge of SEO best practices, metadata, and product tagging
  • Experience using Shopify, Magento 2, WordPress, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and website reporting tools
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge would be beneficial, but not essential
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Passionate about e-commerce and improving online customer experiences
