Job description

The Application Support Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing business-critical applications used across a multi-residential property management portfolio. This role serves as a key liaison between property operations, corporate teams, vendors, and IT, ensuring application reliability, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. The analyst provides day-to-day application support, troubleshooting, user assistance, documentation, and contributes to system enhancements that improve operational efficiency and resident experience.

Essential Duties

System Configuration & Enhancements

  • Assist with application configuration, upgrades, patches, and testing activities

  • Participate in system implementations, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives

  • Support reporting, data validation, and integration troubleshooting between systems

  • Help maintain data integrity across applications

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

  • Create and maintain application support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles

  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process, system, or training improvements

  • Contribute to testing and validation of system changes prior to production deployment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • 2-4 years of experience in application support, systems analysis, or IT support roles.

  • Experience supporting enterprise or SaaS business applications.

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience working with ticketing systems and documenting technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in property management, real estate, or multi-family residential environments.

  • Familiarity with property management platforms (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, or similar systems).

  • Basic understanding of SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis.

  • Experience working with vendors and third-party application providers.

  • Exposure to application implementations or system upgrades.

Salary range: $65,000-$80,000

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
